Pilates Reformers:  Combines the traditional principals and movements of mat Pilates with a Reformer machine. This machine contains a foot bar, carriage, pulleys, and five springs of varying tension that can be adjusted to suit your fitness level or needs.  You'll sweat and get a great start to your day!

*You may cancel your Pilates Reformer reservation up to 24 hours in advance. Those registered for a Pilates Reformer class who "no-shows" will be charged a $30 fee.
