Join us for this FREE yoga event to Celebrate International Yoga Day! The SCC and The Santaluz Club will provide 3 different yoga sessions that are open for all levels, exploring 3 different types of yoga with 3 different beloved Santaluz Club instructors.
3:00pm "Power Fusion Yoga"
This style of yoga is a fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga that incorporates balance and breathing to leave you feeling strong and refreshed. All levels welcome.
Stephanie Powell retired from the corporate word to pursue her passion for fitness, with over 30 years of fitness instruction experience. Stephanie works with all levels of yoga and fitness, specializing in strength, balance, and endurance training.
Her qualifications include: HIIT Certification, Sports Agility and Athletic Conditioning, TRX and BOSU, Body Shred, Core/Balance/Muscle Conditioning and Strengthening cert. |
4:00pm "Revive & Refresh Yoga"
Join us to slow down, relieve stress, and refresh your muscles with this flow-style yoga that incorporates many great stretch poses to leave you feeling revived.
Laura Wittak has been a certified personal trainer at Santaluz since 2005. Laura grew up running Track & Field and playing soccer and is a 4th degree black belt Taekwondo. One of Laura's areas of expertise includes functional and dynamic workouts using a variety of small apparatus emphasizing core strength, stability, and balance.
Her qualifications include: TRX Training, Yoga 200 hour teacher certification, ACE Certified personal training, BOSU Balance Training, Power Plate Level II and partner-assisted stretch certified. |
5:00pm "Yin Yoga"
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that targets and stretches deep connective tissues and aims to increase circulation in the joints to improve flexibility.
Michelle Davis has been practicing yoga for the better part of a decade and has been facilitating yin and vinyasa yoga for close to 6 years now. She teaches in a meditative manner than connects with all levels of yoga expertise. Michelle also has a passion for horses.
Her qualifications include: 200 hour RYT Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Instructor and Aqua Body Strong Yoga |
